It's almost official! Tim and I have purchased our first home. We are so excited about this for many, many reasons. Our contract closing date is December 20, but we are hoping we can close a few days early and get in over the weekend. We know our loan has been approved, so now I guess we are just waiting to sign the final paperwork.

Wow, it looks really nice! I'm so excited to see it. Were you able to start moving things over today? We're thinking of you guys. Moving is no fun, but moving into your first house definitely makes it less painful.
