These are the days that make working at Pinnacle worth it. The last question asked on every survey we do is, "What do you value most in a skilled nursing provider?" The typical answer is something along the lines of good care, good food, a respectful staff, etc. So imagine my enjoyment when I was editing one that said "Basically, I don't want everyone to get all worked up when I shit myself a bunch of times." Priceless. Here's what you have to look forward to Mom!
P.S- My mom is going to start working for Pinnacle soon, that was NOT a crack at her age.

Wow, Leesa, I'm sure glad you put that clarifier in there. Just for your information, I don't plan to ever have that guys problem, but if I did I would be much more refinded.
Yes, that's good you specified Leesa. Mom, I don't think many people plan to have that guy's problem, but if you do, hopefully the staff won't complain.
That's classic. I laughed out loud and Spencer keeps asking me what's so funny. Since I couldn't repeat it, I had to make something up. Loved it. I miss your funny stories, Leese. I think you're holding out on us. Please keep entertaining us...
